What is New Condition?
Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike and do no remove the protective film visor to try on for fitment. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in new, unused condition, with its original packaging, storage boxes, containers, manuals, accessories and hand tags etc.. intact.

Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise. The manufacturer charges us a 15% restocking fee. So any returned Parts and accessories will be charged this 15% restocking fee.

  • In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We strive to stock a majority of the products offered on our website, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. We sometimes ship from one of our warehouses when the need arises. Please contact us before you order if you have any concern on sizes. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item, we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.

  • Hogheavenleather.com/Rich Leather goal is that you are satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to exchange items. Hogheavenleather.com/Rich Leather will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is unused, never installed, undamaged and still packaged in the manufacturer's original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for all exchanges. Parts and accessories has a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back C.O.D. will be refused.
